Sustainable Livelihood Program

The Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) seeks to enhance the abilities of individuals in a community so they can have greater success economically. After completing capacity-building workshops and social preparations offered by project development officers in different areas, participants can select between two tracks: Micro-enterprise Development or Employment Facilitation.

Furthermore, students participating in the program receive assistance based on the paths they chose. Throughout the program’s execution, extensive training is offered, as well as ongoing monitoring and assessment. Clients are low-income families who are underemployed or jobless.


The Listahanan is a compilation of poor families and individuals in the Philippines used to guide government policy and service delivery, created by the DSWD.
